Champion of Champion Singles Event Highlights Dragons’ Success
Celebrating the outstanding achievements of our Burleigh Bowls (dragons) members, Chris Monk and Kerry Lawrence, at the recent Champion of Champion Singles event. Chris Monk’s impressive performance led him to the final match against Ben Harrison from Paradise Point, showcasing remarkable skill and sportsmanship. Kerry Lawrence also demonstrated exceptional talent, reaching the Semi Final and putting up a valiant effort against Sue Clarke, the eventual winner.
It was a thrilling competition filled with passion and dedication, highlighting the incredible talent within our community. The Dragons have once again shown their strength and determination on the green, representing Burleigh Bowls (dragons) with pride and spirit. Congratulations to all participants for their hard work and commitment!
