In our 3rd year in the Queensland Premier League Burleigh has taken out the competition in the Premier Grade and was Runner Up in the Reserve Grade. A mammoth effort by the players to complete 4 rounds over 3 days saw Burleigh shoot into Premiership contention in both grades with the Reserve Grade side finishing on top of the table.

A most hearty congratulations to both of our Premier League sides who both finished 4th after the end of the rounds and then went on to both finish 3rd after a rain affected Semi Final at Helensvale which was moved to Paradise Point.
Gary Pearson to play for Queensland
Congratulations to Gary Pearson who has been selected to play for Queensland in the 40 – 59 yrs team to play against New South Wales at Taren Point Bowling Club in Sydney on Wednesday 28th and Thursday 29th July 2021. We wish him and the rest of the Queensland side the best of luck.

Burleigh have a good start in Max Morris Sevens
The first round of Max Morris Memorial Sevens was played on the 9th January. Burleigh got off to a good start with wins in 3 of the 4 Divisions entered. Division 2 had a clean sweep at McKenzie Park with 3 rink wins for maximum points.
