We would be delighted to help celebrate your special event. We cater for all types of functions from Staff, Christmas, Birthdays, Engagement Parties, Weddings whatever the occasion, we can help you celebrate.

Please note that we do not have a private function room.

Barefoot Bowls

Parties

Barefoot bowls parties are normally held on Tuesday – Saturday nights from 5:00pm – 8:00pm.The cost for barefoot bowls Mon – Thur is $5 per person and Fri – Sun is $10 per person. $5 per child aged 5yrs – 12 yrs, kids under 5yrs Free.
We have barefoot bowls every Sunday from 12:00pm - 1:30pm, 1:45pm – 3:15pm, 3:30pm – 5:00pm at a cost of $10 per adult, $5 per child aged 5yrs – 12 yrs, kids under 5yrs Free.
Shoes MUST be worn in the Clubhouse at all times. Men’s shirts must have sleeves, and hats need to be removed upon entry to the club after 7pm. All Minors must be under direct supervision of a parent/guardian at all times. "Underage" Wristbands are provided for all minors 14-18 years of age.
Normal sign in rules apply for entry within the club – sign in at reception. Guests can sign up as a social member. Social membership to Burleigh Bowls Club is available for a cost of $5.50. This expires September 30 each year.
We ask that all bookings please confirm bowling numbers at your earliest convenience.

For bookings of 20 to 50 guests a $50 deposit is required. For bookings of 50 to 100 guests a $100 deposit is required. For bookings of 100 or more guests a $300 deposit is required. This will go toward your barefoot bowls costs.
Bar Tabs can be arranged on the day.

Platters will need to be confirmed and paid for 2 weeks prior to your booking.

Burleigh Bowls Club has live entertainment inside the club from 7pm on Fridays & 6:30pm each Saturday night.

Terms & Conditions

Deposits/Bookings

We recommend booking your function as soon as possible to guarantee your desired date. Food requirements will need to be confirmed and paid for 1 week prior to your function.

Payment

Payment to be made by cash or by credit card over the phone. Cheques & Amex/Diners are not accepted. Bar tabs are to be paid separately on the night. Barefoot Bowls can be paid for on arrival at reception.

Decorating

You are more than welcome to decorate your function. Early set up will need to be arranged at least 3 days before the event.

Outside Food/Beverage

As our venue is a fully catered and licensed premise, bringing food or beverage of any type from outside is prohibited with the exception of specialty cakes with prior arrangement with our Caterer.
