We would be delighted to help celebrate your special event. We cater for all types of functions from Staff, Christmas, Birthdays, Engagement Parties, Weddings whatever the occasion, we can help you celebrate.

Please note that we do not have a private function room.

Barefoot Bowls

Parties

Barefoot bowls parties are normally held on Tuesday – Saturday nights from 5:00pm – 8:00pm. You must have a minimum of 20 people for your function.

The cost for barefoot bowls Mon – Thur is $5 per person and Fri – Sun is $10 per person. $5 per child aged 5yrs – 12 yrs, kids under 5yrs Free.

We have barefoot bowls every Sunday between 12pm – 5pm at a cost of $10 per adult, $5 per child aged 5yrs – 12 yrs, kids under 5yrs Free. On most Sundays there are 2 sessions: 12pm – 2.30pm & 2.30pm – 5pm.

Shoes must be worn in the Clubhouse. Men’s shirts must have sleeves and hats need to be removed upon entry to the club after 6pm. All children must be under direct supervision of a parent/guardian at all times. Wristbands are provided for all minors 14-18 years of age.

Normal sign in rules apply for entry within the club – If not a member of Burleigh Heads Bowls Club, guests need to provide a membership from a reciprocal club unless they reside further than 15km away. Alternately Guests may be signed in by a member of Burleigh Heads Bowls Club. Social membership to Burleigh Heads Bowls Club is available for a cost of $5.50. This expires September 30 of the year joined.

We ask that all bookings please confirm bowling numbers at your earliest convenience.

Burleigh Heads Bowls Club has live entertainment inside the club from 7:30pm each Friday, 6:30pm each Saturday night, and from 2pm on Sundays.

Terms & Conditions

Deposits/Bookings

We recommend booking your function as soon as possible to guarantee your desired date.  Food requirements will need to be finalised 1 week  prior to your function.

Payment

Full and final payment is to be received before the day of the function. Payment to be made by cash or by credit card over the phone. Cheques & Amex/Diners are not accepted. Bar tabs are to be paid separately on the night.

Decorating

You are more than welcome to decorate your function. Early set up will need to be arranged at least 3 days before the event.

Outside Food/Beverage

As our venue is a fully catered and a licensed premise, bringing food or beverage of any type from outside is prohibited with the exception of specialty cakes with prior arrangement with our Caterer.
